What you’ll do: You’ll work with CFOs and their teams to design and implement transformation initiatives across Controllership, FP&A and Finance Operations. Our Future of Finance offerings support clients with their reinvention and provide you with the necessary leading insights, so you can: Develop and implement future-ready Finance Strategies and Target Operating Models inc. Global Business Services. Enable Finance to evolve into a Strategic Business Partner by setting the foundations as an insight-led advisory function and develop actionable recommendations to support business outcomes. Implement Cloud ERP / EPM, Automation and AI technologies to enable Process Excellence and drive finance efficiency and effectiveness. Uplift Enterprise Performance Management capabilities to help clients understand their business performance drivers, accelerate decision-making and unlock growth. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in delivering transformation projects in the Finance function, including Finance Operating Model Design and Finance Process Improvement (O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A). Advisory experience with key Finance technologies and automation tools (e.g. SAP S/4, OneStream, Workday Adaptive, Oracle, PowerBI). Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex business problems. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams and stakeholders. A keen interest in emerging Future of Finance trends, including AI and Agentic Finance. An academic background in Accounting, Finance or Commerce is preferred.
